We then reinvented Klaus. We designed a new company around his core assets and competences and his search for happiness. Quest was born. To keep focus we developed a benchmark for all Quest activities: Is this adventurous? Is it something we will enjoy? Will other people enjoy it, too? Does it have something to do with quality of life?

We were asked to help merge one of our clients with its main rival. For years these two had been battling in the red ocean. Finally it was decided to stop fighting and join forces. Both were manufacturing glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe systems. To survive and prosper, the fighting had to stop. The two cultures had to join forces.
